So. Penguins.
My original OTP has broken up and Marc-Andre Fleury is now having a perfect relationship with Maxime Talbot. Sidney Crosby may remain as the guy they call inn for extra playtime. I'm not sure. But the Flower/Max thing is official. See the last line of This Article.
There's been much obvious affection between these two lately, with Max coming to Flower's rescue every time someone crashes the crease, Max giving Flower extra smishes after a win, Max raving about Flower in the press. I saw an interview where they talked about spending all their time together when they were both injured. This was all the proof I needed to be absolutely certain. My new OTP.

The prettiest goalie in the world has got to be close to the best in the world right now, too. He's had a shutout in each series so far and I can't believe how much more settled he looks since he came back. I know it's all over the media, but it's true. As much as I have loved him from the first time I saw him play, I was always kind of nervous when the puck came anywhere near him. Now I'm actually surprised when anything gets behind him. (Insert slashy Max comment here.)
I'll bet the Pens front office wishes they'd offered him a little more last year. Now they're going to have come up with bucket loads of money to keep him. And they'd better keep him.
The whole Marian Hossa thing is bothering me. I didn't want him and I still don't, but I can't deny he's done some good stuff while he's been in Pittsburgh. I just can't see him as being one of My Pens. (As in, the bunch I adore.)
Evgeni Malkin reminds me of Ludo from Labyrinth. I don't know why, he just does.
Playoff beards.
Poor Sid isn't doing too great in this department, but I'll forgive him. It's kind of cute really. This far in, he's got about as much hair as Max has when he wakes up each morning. Don't get me wrong, I do not dig facial hair as a general rule. Max can carry it off, just. Flower's little patch under his bottom lip was cute, but the beardy thing he has now took a long time to look half respectable. I'm starting to like it.
Since I've discovered the playoff beard thing I've found that some guys are actually better looking with facial hair. See Teemu Selanne last year.

Those French Canadian guys are a furry bunch, eh? Makes Flower look like a boy in comparison. Man hair is the funniest thing. When did he come up with that one?
They are just a big ball of hair. I'm not exactly sure when he said it. It was sometime around the beginning of the playoffs. Randomly, I had the radio on, and they played the clip. It's one of the two Playoff Beard Clips here. I'd post the direct link, but my internet is being so slow right now.
My condolences. So very very close. Still I hold up hope for Canucks/Penguins final for next year!
What's worse about this loss is that I made a bet with a Red Wings fan. If the Pens won, he had to scrimmage in my Fleury jersey, but instead I now have to wear his Wings jersey for a whole public session.
